Problem with smoothing groups.

I have problem with this bad shadows. I do boolean > chamfer > auto smoothing and got this. I would be gratefull if someone help me

Your large faces are concave ngons with a lot of sides. 3dsmax doesn't know how to triangle strip something like that correctly.

Booleans do that. You'll have to clean it the good old fashioned way.
