[Mixamo Contest] Archeress

Going to do something up for the mixamo contest. Should be fun.
The general theme of the character I will be doing is a female archer / scout.

Just blocked in a base to play around on. Not really sure where I want to take this yet. The next time I post I imagine things should look quite different.

Playing around with ideas, went kind of dark fantasy.
Not sure I'm totally liking this, will spend some more time and might come up with something a little different.

IMO the dark fantasy version to me stands out more. Once I see a bow and the ears its almost as if it were a stereotype. LOVE the nice concept sculpt!

nice! love the boots! only objection i have is that some pieces of clothing seem really uncomfortable...that thing around her neck in the last one and the thick leather tube around her chest give me the impression that would be a hindrance in a fight. i know its a game etc etc but call me weird, i think armor etc should look like it won't be in the way.

looking cool so far, maybe find some more ref of archery style gloves for her, dosnt seem very practical to have exposed fingers on the right and all, also good ref for mats.

Found some time for some more doodles, sorted some things and decided I will go with an iteration of this.
Still could use some refinements but I have enough of an idea to go work in 3d and make changes.

After a bit of a break and a ton of distractions I've been picking away at the high poly.
Still needs a lot of work but hopefully I'll be able to get most of it done soon.

Looking good. Just one thing, we don't really know what the collar is, looks strange.

I'm curious, how do you do this kind of wraps around the legs ? I tried different ways but it's always crappy or painful...
