I've decompiled some Dota 2 models and rigged for anyone that wants to use it, I've used Danilo "Nilouco" Pinheiro's dpAutoRigSystem.
So this rig is comprised of 3 different models that you can change freely using maya Layers. All 3 meshes utilizes the same basic rig, so any pose you do with a character instantly modifies another.
