First suggestion is putting your image here instead just a link. Most people look very quickly trough the threads and if not pop up in his eyes they just ignore them...(I do that)
I normally use http://tinypic.com/ for that, but you could insert the link of your website.
I´ve made a quick (and really bad) paintover.
My suggestion is colapsing the red lines on the top image and for the whole tail: reducing the number of polygons from 10 (on each size) to around 6. Probably it will keep the silhouette and gonna give you extra polygons to work on the horns and bumps. Normal map give the illusion of depth, but for larger details you need geometry. I´ve made a quick suggestion of what you could do with your model on the bottom drawing.
Depending of your budget you could give 5 or even 6 sides for the horns depending of size/ budget (My drawing has 4 sides on all of them)
