Seems the site has gone down forever, anyone got a copy of skintools? It had this nice gradient weight tool for 3dsmax

yup, some nice tools in skin or die, like the fact you can mask hidden verts.
why oh why does not max do that as standard:/

IIRC SkinOrDie had something similar, the Average Weights function. Might be worth a look.
