[FONT=&quot]The right candidate should be able to demonstrate excellent creative & technical skills.[/FONT]
[FONT=&quot]The candidate will be an accomplished Artist with the ability to produce high quality, efficient, content including full screen and post process effects, spot effects, particle systems and atmospherics.[/FONT]

· [FONT=&quot]Strong visual awareness and artistic ability[/FONT]
· [FONT=&quot]Skilled in [/FONT][FONT=&quot]FX design and creation[/FONT][FONT=&quot] [/FONT][FONT=&quot][/FONT]
· [FONT=&quot]Experience of working in a professional creative environment [/FONT]
· [FONT=&quot]Expert knowledge of Photoshop/After Effects /Max (or industry equivalent)[/FONT]
· [FONT=&quot]Willingness to engage with and master proprietary tools and systems[/FONT]
· [FONT=&quot]Knowledge of video compression & video standards[/FONT]
· [FONT=&quot]Developed communication skills[/FONT]
· [FONT=&quot]Love of games[/FONT]
