TF2 hat
Basically, I want to make a new hat for Sniper. I have drawn up some concept art (not too good, but this is my first time) and have tried to model it. However, 4 months later, still cannot do it. If someone is willing to help me, that would be fantastic! I will of course be happy to split credit and revenue for the idea and hat. Thanks in advance.
