You've got a lot of stuff, which is great. Here's something I think might help you with proportions and blocking the drawing.
The female figure's shoulders are usually 1 1/2 to 2 heads wide. In this image, the head is too large for the rest of the body.
When I first started drawing, I would do a drawing "straight ahead", so in the example of a character, I would draw from the head down.
This can cause issues because you 1) proportions are harder to get right, and then later harder to fix 2) get a better figure when you draw the plum line, or the line of action 3) you can run out of paper when drawing this way.
Here's an example of the line of action:
What works for me best is to draw the top and bottom of the figure (a line for the head, then a line for the feet), then divide the figure in order to get the 7-71/2 head proportion that most people are.
Also, I find it easier to do the heroic 8-head proportion because it makes it easier to divide the figure, but that's up to you and what the drawing is looking for.
Then, draw a line of action to describe the figure's pose and make the body appear more naturally.
