Most helpful matcap for everything overall (characters)

As displayed in this image by Hazardous, matcaps can show different shapes very differently.




Id like to know what matcaps people have had the best overall experience with and the least amount of "illusion" I haven't used ZBrush in quite a while and im pretty sure I lost my matcap library... Which also wasn't helping me very much when I had it.

I tend to use the normal map one a lot. I find it gives the clearest indication of shapes/form.
