great Texture work, reads really well. DO you have any images of it ingame? I'm sure it will look great!
Only thing that i would work on is the parts where separate pieces meet, a little bit of AO or something like this to show the weight of the backpack and belt would help it sit a lot.
That is a good point and it is at around 6,000 triangles, but the idea is that the player will be able to enter a character at unit height in first person perspective so units should appear high enough in detail for that as well.
