monthly interview. yay or nay?

ive been thinking about this for some time, and now im asking you guys what you all think of it.
WHAT IF every month or so, we had an interview with a polycount member? questions would be made in the respective thread, by polycounters. you can ask anything, from how old the guy/gal is, to his/her real name, to what he/she thinks about the influence of farts in the ozone hole. one also has the right to refuse to answer a question if he/she finds its not the best question around (like stuff that would break an NDA, for example).
the tag would be [MONTHLY INTERVIEW], followed by the interviewee name/avatar/whatever maes he/she recognizable. the interviewee would be chosen via poll.
in the thread, the interviewee would be available (at his/her rate, i mean not everybody has time to constantly be here replying to questions) to answer to people's questions (duh).
i think its a great idea to bond the community a bit more than it already is, and to have some fun together as far as its allowed... what do you guys think of it?

It most defiantly have to be opt in, long standing members could probably be asked but nothing like " YOU THERE! YES YOU! ANSWER THESE "
Good idea for killing time and providing some good info for newcomers. Though be do have the breaking in thread for that so not sure what you can ask tbh.
we could, for instance, ask members, and when there were 5 available members (just an example), we would poll these 5 to see which one the community would like to "interview".
when chosen, there would be a notice in the front page news area telling who is the chosen one, and lining to the interview page. there, questions would be made.
questions could be related to the area, or not... it would make the interview more informal in a way, and would differentiate it from the breaking in thread. my 2 cents.
Idk I'll say yey but I don't think this will be anything but additional promotion and exposure for artists that are already well known here.
Funny thing is jfletcher has been featured so much on reddit for his mario scene I bet he could do an ama on reddit.
but a video/audio, with the face/voice of the person behind the awesome omged olol kekz wtf art would be interesting indeed
So for instance, if Autocon was being interviewed people could ask him about naughty dogs workflow a little bit or maybe ask questions about a recent thread he had in pimping n previews or something.
Also...yea video/audio would definitely be nice if possible. Maybe mini-podcast style would be nice.
I hope the interviews wouldn't be focused on their workflows and techniques, as that stuff is already out in the open in many, many threads. I'd like it to focus more on the persons background, what a day at work is usually like for them, etc. Otherwise I could see this being pointless fluff.
I think this would be very cool too.
Tech Artists interviews, which are quite interesting. But I guess text interview makes things easier.
^Awesome, love reading interviews from different artists at other studios and get there perspective on art, the industry and just general shenanigans.
