BloodLust Game Needs Vampire Models (UDK Rigged)

I have an indie vampire game that is getting close to completion but all the models need to be redone (they are just not up to todays standards)

Need 1 male human model and 1 female human (with vampire teeth) model about 20k-25k polys (textured) for UDK game. I may also have some monster models needed done too... but need the human vampire ones first.
Because this is for an indie style game my budget is limited and would need to start with a base model and pay an additional charge to get a couple extra outfits/hair styles for each of the gender models.
I can pay about $400 per model
I know that is extremely low for the quality of model I need - so I am sort of looking for someone who would like to do this for more than just the money.
Would like to find a modeler/rigger familar with UDK style rigging (Theres also some FaceFX stuff too)
The models would need to be in 3ds max format - so I can do addtional animation if necessary.
