Calling it a day

Decided to have a crack at re-envisioning this guy after watching "Wrath of the Titans". I really like the bulk of Hercules in God of War 3 and thought that the transition would work well for the actual God of War. He will sport a flaming plume and glow on his mace in the final low poly.
I referenced both Greek and Roman armour to get a design that I was happy with. Originally his head was a lot bigger but it didn't really sell the size of his body so I scaled it down a reasonable amount.
Hopefully the low poly will better reflect his godliness with a mix of golds, silvers and glow

When I try something like that I goof.
Also added detail to the face and increased the depth of the plating on the pauldrons. Gonna start working on the low poly soon, should be a good-en
BTW what size and what type of textures are you using?
Maps include:
Diffuse + Alpha,
Normal,
Spec Colour + Gloss,

SSS Mask.
Currently using Marmoset. I need to sort the emissive texture on the hammer and balance it out. I also plan on rigging him as well as putting in a decent lighting system in Marmoset.
Again, great work. Nice and simple presentation.
