Digging the design and sculpt. I'd avoid the red-on-red with the clothes and skintone. At least, that's what Clinton and Stacey taught me on What Not to Wear.
His skintone looks a little uniform in hue, as well. Just little pops of slight color overlays can accentuate stuff a little, and keep it from looking too plasticy.
Hey pretty cool, the rips could use work - seems like there would be wear and tear around them where the cloth is frayed. Also, the hands are cool but I feel they would look more better with claws growing off them rather than nails - right now they are pretty human-like, although that's what you might have been going for. The skin looks ace, its definitely getting there

Low poly with texture blocked in. Not really liking the skin or the colour scheme atm.
Sculpt: the cloth/folds need more work
Final bake : The metal texture doesnt really read as metal.
Otherwise i like it
With spec. Made the metal pop a bit better, but its not fantastic. Suggestions?
Also dirtied him up a bit, and added chafe where armor meets skin..definitely helped ,ake such an extreme costume seem more possible.
