Moving a Skeletal Mesh Wire

I have an electrical wire that is downed and am using a skeletal mesh for the wire, but I want to be able to make it MOVE when sparks pop.

I've tried adding a radial impulse actor and that doesn't seem to affect it at all.

How do I get a physics asset like this to POP or move in the level??
