Could you help me find this game cinematic?

Hi, I'm looking for a cinematic I saw a while back, partly because I just want to see it again and partly because it had some cool ideas on urban tribal characters which I'm collecting ref on. It looked like Blur level of quality but I can't find it on their site or Digic's.
It starts off with a battle between some cool looking post apocalyptic gang members in a ruined city. A big black guy with face paint wins, but then an imposing looking door opens from the side of a big techy looking building and some futuristic soldiers emerge and mow the guy down with crazy guns.
I seem to remember it being either late 2010 or early 2011 and it had something to do with you being an elite agent that could be revived a lot with cool gear (some story logic for the mechanic of most video games).
Sound familiar? Anybody got a name? Thanks!

Are the ones I can think of which involve tribal and/or black peeps in a scene with some Sci-Fi looking soldiers to fight.
