MatCap problem in Zbrush

Hello, everyone. I used the search box to look for a similar topic but i couldn't find one so i decided to make a new thread. I downloaded a MatCap pack from the internet and when i used it on my model it doesn't look right at all. It's a stone matcap but instead it looks white and shiny.

You may need to set the renderer to "best" mode.
