Here is the Hi res and the texture I am just starting, be kind to me for a little while since I'm not to far on it.... but any critique/help would be appreciated

Texel density is all over the shop, the cracks on the concrete part are far too dark, theres no AO, and where the concrete pieces meet the ground is far too harsh with zero blending.
