i don't think a women will be president of the united states for a long while - society isn't ready imho. the ESRB has an AO rating (adult only) which is the equivilant of R/NC-17. developers and publishers do not want to have their game with this rating due to a large hit in sales (WAL*MART will not sale adult only games)…
