The documentation, the Editor UI and the availability of information of the CryEngine is so bad compared to UE4, I wouldnt recommend it to anyone, even though some technical aspects are more powerful then UE4.
Thanks for the feedback. After speaking to uni lecturers I've decided to go with UE4. As a massive plus to that decision, my group project I'll be doing alongside my personal final year project will be a dungeon crawler made in UE4.
