WOW! holy crap. so i figured it out. the reason my magic wand selection was not working (with anti-aliased or not) was because of my eyedropper tool settings. i had my sample size set to 51 by 51 average (from when i was doing color samples) and apparently that effects the samples that the magic wand selects also.. well…

I have a feeling that Red Steel is set on a track, and you get to control the hand and the shooting. Like the oldschool shooters back in the day (Area 51, etc) only this one moves around on a track.
So... how many save files can you have in your game? for some reason i am at 51, and it will not let me create new ones, just overwrite the last one. Any thoughts?
