Isoline Wireframe Render with OpenSubdiv, Possible? (Mental Ray)

I can isoline wireframe render with TurboSmooth by just toggling Isoline Display on the modifier along with a composite material. The first material would just be a standard black diffuse with the Wire attribute checked. And done deal.

But it does not work the same way with OpenSubdiv... it always renders the non-isoline version despite the checked Isoline Display.

If anyone knows a possible way that's fairly easy with Mental Ray, I'd love to know!

Thank you! :)

    Which 3d software though?

In 3ds Max I would suggest just rendering a preview frame at the desired resolution, then compositing it onto your render. If you have AA enabled in your GPU settings it should look great.

On 3DS Max, sorry for not clarifying.
Is there no possible way to do it straight from the render? Because I'm not sure how to do a preview frame and compositing it in
