Sphere Reflection Capture Issues

So I am working on a scene right now, and I need to use some Sphere Reflection Captures, only the problem I am having is that, as soon as I place a single one of these, it seems to affect the lighting of the entire scene, not just within the boundaries of the "Influence Radius".
Is this normal?

    Are you using a Sky Light?

    Also, if there is only one Sphere Reflection Capture, I think that it will effect the whole scene, also, your lighting model isn't complete without reflections, so there may be some lighting/material adjustments you may need to do.

    Yeah I am using a skylight. In fact I only noticed the single Sphere Reflection Capture affecting my whole scene only after putting a skylight in.
