Let's help the C.I.A.
Sounds like a good project, why the mysterious concept artist that can't be revealed?
Hope they reach their goal, looks like it is off to a good start so far.
100.000 $ for fund? are they sure? based on their goal, it gotta be much more than that ...
but its cool tho, I hope the game funding and development be successful ...
I like this, they make a very small goal, that's easy to get, (I say like 100k is nothing -.-) that makes a very small game, then everything from there is nothing but upwards. On that note, I am calling it now, it will get the 1.65 million mark.
Damn Steffen, you're looking directly into my soul O_O!
haha dude they told me to look into the cam, i asked if an interview partner would be better? oh well next time i pretend there is someone else and talk to him!
It's a fun project and really cool to work with japanese people, thats some sort of culture i really am not in touch with at all, so it's a real cool challenge for us.
well they hadnt too much to show, but the ingame mockup thingy on the kickstarter site looked really good
it looks like one of the old rpg ´s you played on the snes only with nicer graphics
This is growing so fast you can actually watch the backers grow. It's crazy to watch and see "Wow, someone just gave $200, and another person just gave $1!"
Hey Neox, if you don't mind me asking. I'm thinking about pledging $400 for the Developer reward level. Could you perhaps elaborate some details about it? I'm curious about the part which mentions assisting the team on game development choices. Are we talking forum poll level here or actual developer talk? (think Polycount level) Thank you for your time!
first of all, we are "just" a team of outsourcers, this is not "our" kickstarter campaign, but we are part of the project, thanks to all the backers.
I can ask Hiro for certain things, but i'm not really in the loop when it's about the kickstarter campaign.

I talked to Hiro, we'll try to get as much of the art development to polycount as possible, though people who actually paid for participation should not feel tricked. so yeah we will have to figure out how both ways will work.
Massive fan of your work on Polycount, Neox. Having your name attached to this project meant I just had to get the digital art book! I'll be expecting very fluffy trees!

Thanks man! I'm just happy if the developer forums are more than "Hey, we're not sure if this unit should be red or pink, what should we pick?".

Apparently it's trending towards making $4 million over the Kickstarter campaign.
