UDK Point Light Actor Shadowing Issue

Hello everyone! I am having an issue and would like some feedback. and for reference I am an intermediate to advanced lighting in UDK. (sorry for the noob-ish question)

So basically, the preview shadowing that is showing up when I have the light selected is not the shadowing that I am getting when I bake out my lightmaps. As you can see on the image.

Troubleshooting notes: I have Bounce lighting turned off. I have a working Lightmassimportancevolume. I am using lightmass. I am building lights on Production quality. Cast shadows is turned on.

Any thoughts?
