btw i personally feel like, judging from the concept, that the earrings are going to be a bit too small...maybe increase the size of them by .5? Very minor thing, and probably more my personally opinion than anything, but other than that I can't wait!
It looks beautiful so far! my only crit is her crown, I think it comes too far down her nose, it makes her look alien. Very good so far though, I'm actually looking forward to seeing this one even moreso than the others!
My program doesn't render that well, so I tried her out in Marmoset, but I'm having problems with a bunch of missing faces. Is it a limitation of the trial version or something?
In Marmoset, if it's missing pieces.. either the normals are inverted for that section, it's 5+ sided poly, or when you exported it as an .obj you forgot to check all the options as positive.

Any idea why the gem's shading is completely flat? And what of those odd edges on the wings and parts of the dress?
Right now I'm almost getting an Area 51 vibe from her eyes. I know they're heavily stylized in the original, but they're not reading well as human or even anime the way you have them right now. She almost looks ready to abduct a cow in a flying saucer or something.
