I'm big on just listening to lectures and stuff while working. Keeps the brain moving just a little bit more for me.
Here's a good one on striving to be creative, history of people and their creativity, and the pressures of maintaining your creativity. It's from a writer, but still very much worth listening to as that is still an art in and of itself. Nice Tom Waits reference in there as well:)
