Wanted to take a little break with some modular building exercise. Started off with a simple square hallway and kind of went far and built all the other details. Decided to make this kind of a
fancy, private complex for a change from the other stuff I did before.

I would like to fix some of the maps, normals and the lighting a bit but looking to move on with a more interesting project at this time. Perhaps later.

you've got some really nice assets, i esspecially like the boat hanging in the middle, but i'd say the biggest thing hurting the scene is the lighting and hard shadows.
Also, its hard to tell if there's glass in the ceiling pannels, looks unfinished.

I agree with MikeF. Do you have a sky light or a huge spot light in there? Can you show a render of how you have your lights set up?
