UDK is ruining my UV layout after Import

Hi folks I have searched around and tried different fixes for this issue that worked for other people but to no avail...

This is the warning I get on import.


Warning: The light map UV set for static mesh {staticmeshfactory_2) appears to have layout problems. Either the triangle UVS are overlapping one another or the UV are out of bounds (O.O-1.0 range.)

I click ok then view the meshes UV layouts in UDK and they are all garbled and changed from what I did in Softimage.

The main UV channel is messed up and the lightmap uv channel isn't even showing.

Has anyone experienced this before?
