ZBrush: Mirroring Geometry?

I'm playing around in ZBrush and I hide most of my model to work on the left arm. When I unhide everything I find the other arm hasn't updated with the left one even though I had X Symmetry on.

Is there a way to mirror the geometry over so the arms match?
Also is there a button I can push or workflow I can follow so the geometry updates when it's hidden?
