Normal map problem (solved)

Hello there,

I am getting strange results after baking a normal map. There are lots of sqares / artifacts. I have read a lot of threads about this issue being caused by 8 bit textures, but I have baked 16 bit one, so it seems that it is caused by something else.

I have tried already:
- 16 bit TIFF texture in Blender
- 16 bit PNG texture in Blender
- TGA normal map in xNormal

Always the same result. High poly mesh is smoothed. What could be the problem?

EDIT 1:

Looks like everything is fine now - I have baked a 16 bit TIFF texture in xNormal. In Blender, when baking 16 bit TIFF texture there is still the same problem, but xNormal is doing it better anyway.

EDIT 2:

Turned out that Marmoset can't view TIFF correctly, but after saving TIFF as PSD eveything is fine.
