Hi i need your guys help i cant get UDIM textures to work inside max and vray. The way i am going about it is though using a composite node as described in
http://www.neilblevins.com/cg_education/multiple_uv_tiles/multiple_uvs_tiles.htmI've found startlingly little information about both 3ds Max Multi-tile/multi-uv-shell workflow and I'm having a lot of trouble getting things to work with the info I do have.
hears what i have so far and you can see the problem im having. In the third image you can see that when i offset the layer by 1 in the U direction the bitmap is no longer visible. Can some one whose done Multi tile texturing please help.

vray is able to read the UDIMS...
just type in texturename<UDIM>.tga
vray will do the rest...
I can't do this, so, if it is possible, does anyone could help me?

And you need to use the VRayHDRI node to load the textures in max.
I could be wrong i used max the last time 2014.
