Zbrush spotlight to 3d Max problem

Hey guys quick question,

I have textured an asset in Zbrush using spotlight but, when I import the highpoly into 3d max to explode it for baking the polypaint information from zbrush gets lost along the way.

I am assuming its during the import process just wondering if anyone has experience with this and could maybe advice me as to what settings I am getting wrong or something?
