[HIRING] Organic and Hard surface modelers

Ironbelly is expanding again and we are looking for passionate and experienced 3D modelers and texture artists who have experience creating assets for Unity and/or Unreal. We are a very well managed, established team with a great and long standing reputation in the indie dev community. As such our clientelle is strictly indie studios so we're looking for competitive rates as the budgets we typically work with a few scheckles less than what big AAA studios can afford. We're all about working with the little guys and building strong relationships with the underdog :)

The work is remote but we are extremely organized and run a very tight ship.

Our Organic modeler Wishlist:
  • Max or Maya user
  • Knowledge of SSS and how to create textures that work well with SSS Shaders
  • Experience with high poly (15,000+ tris)
  • Experience with Low Poly (500-3000 tris)
  • Paypal is not a problem
  • Live within the following timezones: GMT -9 to GMT +5 (Sorry asia+aus)

Hard Surfance wishlist:
Basically all of the above but instead of xp with SSS we would love for you to have even a rudementary understanding of PBR.
