@Sync You should make the wheels 6-8 slices, because they are so small and the board is very low poly already. And the screws should be right above the wheels. Good object to start with, nice and simple.

Found this thread and just had to contribute. There's just so many awesome models in here. Didn't see a Hoagie, so I did one. It took 6 hours, and has 516 tris and two 128 square maps
Put all of them in a 1024². Should be plenty. You could use 6*6 squares of about 150² pixels. That gives you 32 squares, 26 for the letters, 6 variations for the back. 150 pixels means they that you can fit 10 of them side by side on a Retina iPad and have them come up perfectly.
