I either eat a bowl of whole wheat or oat bran based cereal with organic milk, or I have a fruit smoothie made out of milk and 2-3 fresh fruits. (thanks to my sis for the smoothie blender for Christmas) If I'm late to work, I eat oatmeal from work for free. 8-)
