Thanks Mark, I know about that and I only need a few hundred. Merge actors won't work because of the object position node. Instanced meshes maybe would. If I will hit any performance issue I will look into merging them without loosing the variation. So far no problem. I would also assume it would be kinda hard to put so… -

Aaaa... I just understand your post :D now that's not only easy but I managed to solve the merging normals,too. Here is what I did, there is two separated normal maps for 2 wipers. these two will be used separately in Animator so that if one wiper got stuck or got damaged. the appropriate normal map won't get animated… -

@atomicguppy You probably want to merge those different subtools/organs. Maybe leave the head and hands separated from body, but all the rest can be one solid piece. Dynamesh to merge, then ZRemesher. Smooth destroy everything on a lower subdiv so you don't get lumpy skin :P Especially her lower half of the body. @Nemecys… -

The big dots are places you should merge, its hard to tell but at the front you could remove that top line where I have squiggles by merging it down to 1 line. For the extrusion thingy you should do something like that, the inner box should be pulled out of course and generally tighter I made the spaces between them too… -
