While I think she is right to one end, I have to add a point that she didn't want to touch on. The only reason WoW is so addictive is because you have to pay to play. With the monthly bill you get to play the game, if you aren't playing it during the month, you are wasting your money. The sense that you are not getting… -

they nerfed spore's potential. it could've been great, but they botched the progression of everything. it ended up not as a game, but more like a "create a creature workshop". it gave me the same feel as black and white. both of them were supposed to be epic freedom experiences, but just ended up being really poor games.… -

I was considering it at one point, but getting contact with some of the instructors wasn't easy, and this was during a time when they were going through a PR transfer, and it literally took them months to reply to my inquiries. Fortunately I was able to kick my WoW addiction cold turkey style back in beta....I woulda been broke by now if I hadn't! I am patiently waiting to be accepted into the D&D Online alpha though. yep but it's really about what you want to do, cryengine 2 might be ubercool, give you really realistic results and stuff but on the other hand, unreal gives you ALOT of freedom without needing a coder, sure you can't doo everything without a coder/scripter but you can really do alot of stuff without one line of code and… -
