No I am having issue with the very back curve of the handle, I can't seem to find a way I can extrude it from the main part and maintain the curvature of the handle
well stephan mentioned that he makes the texture first, applies it to a cube or plane, then extrudes the details out (windows, trim, etc.). so he builds it based off the texture.
Starting from bottom up shows the steps I did. Start with NURBS cylinder, project circle on cylinder, trim, convert to poly, extrude edges and Proxy Subdiv (smooth)
Well maybe just try it.. start simple.. a cuboid with textures only.. or some simple subdiv and extruding.. or some bit more.. Try to put it into a real scene for comparison.. (don't focus too much about the fitting into the scene.. just the difference in noticeable details.. ) The textures maybe in some generative way..…
