Aside from previous crits, his pelvis is missing, it should be at least 1 head in height, which means the lower portion of the abdominal area extends a lot lower in reality. -

I'll second the Oddworld Inhabitants art book. I'm also a big fan of Udon's Art of Capcom The Bioshock artbook that was released in extended format recently is pretty good too. -

Speaking of the graphite tools, anyone had the extend tool (previously border tool) just stop working. Won't start working again for me unless I restart max. -

Is there a smoothing issue on the base of the roof post? The dirt on the stone could extend a bit high IMO. Also some dirt in the cracks between bricks? Its coming along nicely. -

I think your t.rex's toes are too curled. Try extending them out to a 'neutral' position. You can look at large birds like an emu or cassowary for some reference. -

Critics/advises are welcome :D Here is some update of my block out. I changed the size of the room and begin to extend it to the cave. Stairs are going to be metal plank like in sewers. -

I've actually really been liking the tools in Max 2013 lately. The Extend and Optimize tools are about all I need now that I've learned all the hotkey combinations for them.
