Update: worked on the lighting and finished adding textures and some more geometry to create the bricks in the crack. Brick texture is the one from the Unreal4 Default Materials.
Here are some materials I made for the project. Rendered in Marmoset. Vertex paint will be used to blend between bricks and plaster. Bricks Plaster and Concrete for the floor.
Old Brick Wall Spent the last few days playing around with this brick material. 100 % Designer, rendered in Marmoset. Artstation post : https://www.artstation.com/artwork/qAB0X2
First pass on a tiling street brick texture. Still need to play with brick heights and add a few more details. Made in Substance Designer and rendered in Toolbag 2.
Awesome lighting, but the facade of the brick building looks very tiled and flat. Some noise and bricks sticking out could really break it up and make it look more natural.
The thing that I noticed right away is that the scale of the bricks varies alot, on the right of the stairs it seems to be ok but on the big wall the bricks are way too big in comparisment to the barrels and crates.
First thing that sticks out to me is the size of the bricks on the wall. Compared to your other bricks, they're very tiny. In general though, this is pretty good. I like.
