I am looking at JourneyED and it is $349.98. The 13 month is 150.00. I would have to move some things around (financially) But I could Get this! I am quite familiar with some of Autodesk Tools. In particular Maya and XSI. I will have to look at their commercial licenses btw. Thank you you have really helped me out. -

GTX 650 i5 3470. 16 GB RAM When i import mesh with milion or more MODO crashed or almost crashed or have lag spikes as hell Drivers (all up to date by Driver booster) and registry is fine also checked by CCleaner -

Regarding the Xeon: I only recommend the E3 1230v3 so often because it has the most bang for the buck if you don't need the integrated GPU and the ability to overclock your CPU.
