Nice models with pretty clean texture maps! Why don't you put some green color on the diffuse map? especially dark part. Gave some green color on your spec map is nice but it doesn't look enough to showing color variation.
I'd say it's too green, with no reasonable explanation why there is so much green in there. The scene looks very flat and boring unless you wiggle around a little bit with the contrast & colors. Made a quick "paintover", changing some of the colors and adding some more depth.
The simple way I've always thought of it, is if you have a cubemap of a field with blue sky and green grass, it will use those colour values to ambiently light the model, so that the bottom lights slightly green, the top slightly blue. Much like 'bounce' light IRL.
1st picture: Delete red lines, move green to where they point 2nd picture: Red lines: you forgot to add them green lines: move to where they point blue lines: delete these polygons you dont need them if you put missiles there
I haven't used toolbag in a long time so I'm note sure what the issue is. @JoeWilson do you see anything wrong with his settings? Also, did you try it without inverting the green? The green channel is oriented correctly for unreal 4.
how do u flip the green channel within photoshop? if i use xNormal to produce normals maps, i _always_ have to invert the green, but in all other programs i don't have to... so how do i invert the geen in photoshop? no... not in max
I had an idea for a way to create wavy sand. Heres where I'm starting. It's pretty terrible but it'll do for this example. I'm assuming that you don't know anything so I don't leave anything out. Sorry if some of this is stuff you already know. What we're going to do is do some UV distortion to introduce some eddies into…
Blender lets you bake with any swizzle, making flipping the green inside Blender for preview purposes even more attractive. I remember seeing a devtalk suggestion about including a flip green switch in the normal node, but that must have fallen through the cracks.
lol the green eyes looks so funny xD this courier is quite unique in its own way, dont know how to explain it, it's just a funny cute curture....it looks like a frog in green but looks like a toy too xDDDD supper u haha
That Magnus spear is pretty badass, hope it gets approved! I'd also have to agree that the Terrorblade looks a lot like OD with that same green color and the cracking rocky pattern. What if you made the green more gradiented instead of cracked at the edges, or a more subtle color?
