Most games use a variation on this technique: http://http.developer.nvidia.com/GPUGems3/gpugems3_ch13.html You render into a small buffer (1/4, 1/8th) and then apply a radial blur.
Fair point, I'd approach whoever decides at the uni and mention that 1st and 3rd went to artists showing their work and second went to a game with 1 artist and 1 programmer
JEffGreen mentioned in the comments there's something about Star Wars Old Republic so no Mass Effect from Bioware. MOH looked like a 1:1 clone of MW1,2.
It's 4 VS 1 'boss fight'. 4 co-op versus 1 person playing the boss in a boss fight. IN that respect it seems it will be balanced, all things considered.
