A more polished lineart concept. I based the pants on pilot pants. The scarf also adds a certain mistyque. I'll probably add some patches, dirt and tear too to give her a more worn, rugged look.

I got: Purchased for mom: and a whole bunch of T-38 Stuff for dad. Pilot training Videos and flight manual on DVD, 1-48 scale model, poster, art print. Now just need the GF and friends.
Agreed glib. I got a BSG kind of feel off that pilot episode and found that they weren't really pushing the bible on people just using it as a point of reference for their story, sort of like BSG is mildly based on the mormon stuff.

My current project is the Imperial Army Pilot (AT-AT Driver) from the Empire Strikes Back. The helmet is the real challenge. Here I've roughed out a mushy zbrush pass of it. I will be retopoing in Max to create the high poly that I'll use for baking.
Me and @maxivz decided to do a little collaboration for one or more projects. Our first project is a Maschinen Krieger-esque type Mech which Max is making and I will be making the Commander/Pilot to go along with him. Here's my work in progress so far.
