Not sur it was the right place in the sketch thread...mmh anyway, here's a wip artwork for an incoming model. I would like to make a jungle/wood titan (robot) controled by a monkey-ish pilote. Like a forest guard or something like that.
I am wanting to start on a outdoor/forest scene soon. Is it true that foliage is gone from UDK and deco layers are broken? Also there is talk about a new terrain system. Is the terrain system done yet.
right now its a quick maya render, and as far as art direction im trying to match the concept model as much as possible, but make the building look like its been in a forest for a good amount of time
This is looking very good. I would almost suggest taking this further and trying to make a small forest night time scene with a bunch of these. The glow and particles could really sell it. Great work so far.
I have tried it (midjourney), and while cool, it didn't feel the least bit artistic (to me). Yes, a photographer is an artist. But me telling a photographer to take a picture of a "girl standing in a forest", does not mean I can claim his picture as my own creation just because I described the photo I wanted.
had looks like a side profile of a "small house" was that the intention. I feel the final bottom part could be used for some sort of info, seems like wasted space to make, yes i am very late but better that never receiving a comment. Perhaps a lot more color playing, pink nearing towards a redish might be best to stand…
Been in the process of working on an exterior forest environment based on the blockout posted above, and wanted to get back into weapon making for a bit. Made an Axe for the main villain, Morganne The Witch, that's placed outside her mansion near the shack as an ominous warning.
Concept art for Stormhaven Studio's upcoming MMO the Saga of Lucimia. This is the as yet un-named city in the Elomar forest. Tower ruin for the Elenhi civilization. Ruins for the Elenhi people Elenhi tower concept. Let me know what you think!
Its nice but the 100% flat circular grass base kinda kills it... imo it would be better to see the wagon somewhere with a bit more uneven ground, maybe in something like a forest clearing, if you have the time to edit your scene.
https://youtu.be/KVQPWvwEpbU updated my showreel, I fixed the Substance Painter logo to center it with the rest, I've added some more wireframes showing the scenes and assets as well as a breakdown showing the development of the forest scene
