You should try working in an FPS of 65 to 90, especially on an interior like this. I think you were in one of your shots, but the rest are too narrow to get a good grasp of this room.

Clearly they aren't paying you enough if you don't have 2x ps3s 2x 65" OLED tvs, and 2x 6.1 Dolby Digital sound system in 2 different sound proofed rooms.

Last year we had over 65% in various 3D industries. Like Scott said, its got to come from with in. Drill sergeants, I mean Lecturer staff can only do so much :)
If the landscape is getting too dark then you should take another look at your material. 65 is way too bright so it'll be difficult to arrange the rest of your map for that amount of light just because of the landscape.
