The transition in the base of torsal mouth limbs could be a more organic one. Where the green skin comes and transitions into the white part, it looks as if the green skin is just added on. Something like the joining of teeth and gum could work better.
Mac, Im new to the whole hangouts and what not. How do you know if one is open? Is it on the list of chatters, its either a green dot or a green camera icon. does the camera icon mean they are in a hang out? or jsut that they are on G+?
Decided the orange design had the best colours and markings Messinig around with gem colours Tried the triadic colour orange, green and purple Blue or green? Favouring the 3rd one, middle. Gonna try this colour scheme with a different armour
Love the syringe thing you have going on. I'm wondering whether the filled part of the syringe could be tinted a sickly-green to send the poison theme home. Probably want to avoid dark green for Christmas-palette reasons though...

Use reference and remember landmarks to more accurately create forms and find balanced proportions. Balance your perspective so your anatomy will looks accurate. Your proportions need to follow the basic rules of perspective for an angle like the one you're using. It frames the muscular composition. Green A & B are nice…
Slightly different angle. Also included an unlit view so show that there is green under the grass, its just a bit hard to tell because of the shadow in some places. I was hoping the different angle made it easier to see the green.
I actually already took another pass at the beard, pretty happy with the base of it, needs refining though. also changed his cloth back to a dark purple, the light green or even dark green isnt working for the cloth imo
I totally suck at choosing colors. I tried to let it look military, but everything dark green looks boring and this grey with the dark green looks also quite strange. Has anybody a better idea, please tell me ?
You can invert the green Channel in Mari. In the newer Versions there is a button next to the normal map input of the shader. In older versions you can put a invert layer in the normal map channel and invert only the green color channel.
