People who hog the pool table all break. But they soon got wise to the fact that their legs would be broken. Now the table is untouched until X and myself get to play our best of 3. I think it was the claymores that did it. Boring people. Note: This is not only a programmer thing.
Egyptian side is finished, I'll probably get a changelist for final adjustments here soon. Working on the second side of my personal project but you can play it here (Still needs some lighting optimization, and engine related tweaking) http://www.illysian.com/personal.php And here are some shots
nice work , i love the felling that the scene give .. i have some crtis . is that grass down is a little distracting . and i think barn is your focal point , and it look lit but great work at lighting :) and the scene look awesome . hope to see more soon , that UDK right ?
Yea, you are right about folds and cloth, I don't know how they works and didn't even used references. Now I'm focusing on anatomy and faces, but soon i begin with clothing and maybe more armor staff, because it's more fun. Your tutorial is very helpfull.
I had issues with Maya 2011 where everytime I created a Mesh, as soon as I modified a vert or anything, the geo turned into a garbled mess. I was trying to do an art test too, so I said fuck it and used Max instead. No probs. after that :D
Good job on the high poly models, they look awesome. I have to agree with danshewan that it's giving off a bedroom vibe rather than a hunter lodge so far, but since you've just started I might be speaking to soon :) The models you've posted look promising :D
HEy dude you got some awesome work there :) Sadly i am just a little Indie game company, full of students trying to get experince :D (including me lol) its nothin much yet(but hopefully soon :D ) http://www.facebook.com/RemixLineOfFire Cheers!!
Thanks for the comments Elyaradine :) i have updated the render so that the gun and arm can be seen a lot easier, and i hope to get a render with a decent background soon once i get her into a game engine with a solid environment. Haha, thanks Xaltar - I'm glad to hear that!! :)
Hey dude, nice to see you posting here! :D I like the door, but I think the highest stain seems a little out of place. They look good on the bottom, but I think it'd be hard to get dirt on a door that high up. Hope to see more soon!
I love it. Great for organic low to mid poly work. What it lacks in frills it makes up for in speed and simplicity. Get the demo check it out on your system as it can be a little crashy, but as Cheese says you soon learn what operations to avoid (or save before) performing.
