Really practice hard. As well practice smart. Feng Zhu School on Youtube does a great before and after video of his students and the biggest thing he stresses are the fundamentals. We also had 6 adult mountain lions on this private farm. Every day I had to toss two semi-frozen chickens into their pen. My most stressful days was when I had to mow the grass inside the cages. I made sure it was after I fed them, but still the whole time I was nervous as hell, both parties eyeing the other up and down. -

For what its worth, I can vouch that the Evoluent vertical mouse is great for reducing stress on your mousing hand and arm.
